Zeynep Inanoglu Ozdemir joined Palo Alto Networks in 2019 and was appointed Chief Marketing Officer two years later. Initially, Zeynep spearheaded marketing for Cortex, developing product marketing as well as demand generation & sales enablement initiatives that popularized the XDR category of cybersecurity. As CMO today, she is responsible for global promotion of all products under the Palo Alto umbrella: NGFW, Prisma Cloud, Cortex Unit 42 & Prisma Access.

Zeynep is an accomplished marketing leader who has worked for a number of notable companies, including Palantir and Google. At Palantir, she was responsible for developing strategic accounts and establishing product marketing initiatives. During her time at Google EMEA, Zeynep spearheaded a project that earned the company a Cannes Lion award. She holds both a Phd in speech processing from Cambridge University’s Machine Intelligence Lab as well as bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Harvard University.
